Our pristine shuttle service features modern, well maintained vans equipped with wheelchair lifts for accessibility, allowing us to cater to all mobility needs. Additional Fees

  • Maximum wait time 10min (anything over 10min is $5 per minute, drivers wait no longer than 15min)

  • Wait Time (during appointment) $35 for every 30min

  • Manual wheelchair rental $25

  • Heavy Duty Wheelchair (28 inches+) $55

  • Pick up time before 7am $35

  • Pick up time after 5pm $35

  • Assist to office door $25 

  • 2 - man assist $65

  • North county service fee (Hwy56 and east) flat rate $25 per trip

  • East county service fee (Hwy67 and east) flat rate $25 per trip

  • Additional passenger $35 

  • Additional baggage fee $15 (excludes first bag per passanger 5lbs or less)

Policies & Procedures

  • Payment paid in full upon scheduling appointment.

  • Patient agreement form must be signed prior to receiving services.

  • Processing fees: 3% transaction fee for all card transactions.

  • All appointments scheduled prior to 7am or after 5pm must be scheduled 24hrs in advance.
